Viviana Berkman is an associate in the Business Law group at Cassels Brock.
Viviana graduated from the JD program at the Faculty of Law at Universidad Catolica del Uruguay in Montevideo, Uruguay. She also obtained a Master of Laws degree in International Business Law from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a Master of Laws degree in Canadian Common Law from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University. While pursuing her studies, Viviana represented Universidad Catolica at the Latin American International Commercial Arbitration Moot, and the LSE at the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. Upon graduation, she actively promoted the organization of arbitration programs and seminars in Uruguay, and coached teams participating in international arbitration moots.
Viviana’s hobbies include food tourism, baking Danish pastry, drawing ink illustrations, and learning about new cultures and languages.
