Rebecca A. Sim is an associate in the Advocacy Group at Cassels Brock.
Prior to joining Cassels Brock as an associate, Rebecca was a summer and articling student at the firm. Rebecca has been involved in a variety of corporate and commercial litigation matters, including securities and regulatory matters, fraud and enforcement proceedings, and corporate/commercial disputes.
Rebecca graduated from the J.D. program at Western University where she was a member of the Dean’s Honour List and a recipient of the Law Society of Upper Canada Prize. In law school, Rebecca was an active member of her student community as a co-director of the Western Law Peer Support program, a Teaching Assistant for a Legal Research, Writing and Advocacy class, and a volunteer for both Pro Bono Students Canada and the Sport Solution Clinic. Rebecca was also the researcher for Western Law’s Gale Moot Cup team. Prior to law school, Rebecca graduated with a Bachelor of Honours Arts with a major in Legal Studies and a minor in Sociology from the University of Waterloo.
