Reza Sarsangi is a 2019-2020 articling student at Cassels Brock. Reza first joined the firm as a summer student in 2018.
Reza graduated from the J.D. program at Western University’s Faculty of Law in 2019. While obtaining his degree, Reza participated in numerous advocacy competitions and was involved in the community at Western Law. Reza participated in Davies’ Annual Corporate/Securities Moot as a member of Western Law’s team, which placed second overall and received second-place factum honours. Reza also placed as a finalist in the Lerners LLP cup and as a semi-finalist in the Torys LLP Negotiation Competition. Reza was also a researcher for Pro Bono Students Canada and volunteered as an orientation leader at his law school.
Reza graduated with Distinction from Ryerson University where he received his Bachelor of Commerce degree. Prior to joining Cassels Brock, he worked as team leader for Walmart Logistics, in the operations and quality assurance departments. He also worked as a process improvement summer student for Court Services in York Region.
In his spare time, Reza enjoys cooking, watching basketball, exercising and spending time with family and friends.
