Pamela Hojilla is an associate in the Business Law Group at Cassels Brock and a member of the Securities Group. Pamela advises public and private companies on corporate finance transactions, M&A, corporate governance, and general corporate/commercial matters.
Global-minded and multilingual, Pamela speaks several languages including Spanish and French. In addition to obtaining her B.A., LL.B. and B.C.L. from McGill University, Pamela participated in study abroad exchanges at the National University of Singapore, Universidad de la Rioja, and Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III). In 2016 Pamela completed the Rotman School of Management’s Financial Literacy Program and also received her CIC.C designation (Certified In-House Counsel – Canada).
Prior to joining Cassels Brock, Pamela worked as an associate in the Toronto office of an international law firm and as a business leader/in-house counsel to two global technology companies headquartered in Toronto.
