Laith Sarhan is an associate in the Business Law Group. Laith’s practice focuses on corporate and securities law matters, including private placements, continuous disclosure obligations, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance. Laith has experience involving both public and private companies. Prior to joining Cassels Brock as an associate, Laith was both a summer and articling student with the firm.
Laith received his J.D. from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia. During law school, Laith did an exchange to Jean Moulin Lyon III where he studied French civil law and public international law. Laith was also a clinician for the Allard International Justice and Human Rights Clinic. Prior to law school, Laith earned a Bachelor in Commerce from the Sauder School of Business and completed a semester abroad at HEC Paris.
