Jonathan Shepherd is a 2018-2019 articling student at Cassels Brock. He joined the firm as a summer student in 2017.
Jonathan graduated from the J.D. program at the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University. Jonathan was actively involved in the Dalhousie community. He was a member of the Dalhousie Student Advocacy Service where he advocated for students regarding academic and code of conduct hearings as well as provided feedback on numerous university policies.
Jonathan graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Victoria. During his undergraduate degree, Jonathan worked as a research assistant for a neurorehabilitation lab with a focus on cognitive aging and dementia. Prior to joining Cassels Brock, Jonathan worked as an international male model in New York City, Paris, and Milan.
In his spare time, Jonathan is an avid skier, climber, cyclist, runner, and swimmer / diver. Jonathan has backcountry skied throughout British Columbia and the Swiss Alps, climbed world class sport routes in North America, cycled across Canada, and enjoys free diving and spear fishing.
