Danielle DiPardo is an associate in our Advocacy Group. Danielle has a broad corporate and commercial litigation practise. She offers experience in a variety of matters including securities litigation, contract disputes, franchise litigation, employment and intellectual property matters. Before joining Cassels Brock as an associate, Danielle summered and articled with the firm. Danielle also participated in the firm’s secondment program at Coca-Cola Canada’s head offices.
Danielle received her J.D. from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University where she was awarded the McInnes Cooper Internet Media Law Prize. Prior to law school, Danielle graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology (with Distinction) from Brock University.
At law school, Danielle was the treasurer for the Dalhousie Feminist Legal Association, a co-chair on the Law Students’ Society Social Committee and a committee member for Law Games. Throughout her three years at law school, Danielle was a student advocate for the Dalhousie Student Advocacy Service where she advocated for students regarding academic appeals and disciplinary matters both informally and at Senate Disciplinary Committee hearings. In the fall of 2015, Danielle spent a term studying in the International Exchange Program at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg, Germany, where she obtained a Certificate in Management and Leadership for Lawyers.
