Conrad Lee is an associate in the Business Law Group at Cassels Brock. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, securities, corporate finance and general corporate and commercial law. Prior to joining Cassels Brock as an associate, Conrad summered and articled with the firm. During this time, Conrad gained valuable experience assisting on a wide range of corporate transactions involving both public and private companies.
Conrad received his J.D./M.B.A. from Queen’s University and the Queen’s Smith School of Business. During his M.B.A. studies, Conrad was involved with the Queen’s University Alternative Asset Fund, a student directed portfolio of hedge funds. He also volunteered for the Markham Stouffville Hospital Foundation serving as a strategic consultant on donor recognition and stewardship strategies. Prior to studying law, Conrad earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Toronto. Conrad previously spent a summer working in house with a large telecommunications company in Hong Kong.
