Cathy is a senior law clerk assisting the Commercial Litigation and Financial Services lawyers of Cassels Brock. She has been a law clerk since 1995 and is a member of the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario.
Cathy has extensive experience in all aspects of litigation. She is responsible for large complex document management matters including compiling and reviewing client documentation (including electronic data), preparing RFPs and dealing with Vendors. She is proficient with both Summation and Filemaker and has extensive trial, arbitration and appeal court experience having worked on high profile cases.
She has attended and completed various e-Discovery courses, including the e-Discovery and Computer Forensics Fellowship Courses (ILCO).
In the past, Cathy was a part-time teacher at Sheridan College, teaching Legal Office Procedures to future legal assistants.
