Brandon Manhas is an associate in the Business Law Group at Cassels Brock. His practice focuses on public and private mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and general corporate and securities law matters.
Brandon obtained his J.D. from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia, with a concentration in business law. In law school, Brandon was a member of the Law & Business Society, serving as a First Year Representative and as Co-President and Co-Treasurer during his second year. Additionally, Brandon served as President of the Hockey Club and Vice-President of the Rugby Club. Brandon was also a Student Ambassador for Allard and was a member of the Allard Law Careers Committee.
Prior to law school, Brandon obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration with distinction, majoring in finance, at Vancouver Island University. Before joining Cassels Brock, Brandon summered and articled at the Vancouver office of another national firm.
