Thea Gaertner is a member of the 2018 summer student class at Cassels Brock.
Thea is a J.D. candidate at the University of Windsor. She is an active member of the Windsor Law community as the Vice President of Engagement for Windsor’s Sports and Entertainment Law Society as well as a note taker for Windsor’s Student Disability Services. She is also a member of Windsor Law’s Jewish Student’s Association.
Thea graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University with a major in International Development and a minor in Religious Studies. Prior to joining Cassels Brock, Thea worked in the not-for-profit sector as an Engagement Coordinator at Free the Children. She also spent time working for the Huffington Post as the Associate Producer on an award-winning investigative journalism project.
In her spare time, Thea enjoys travelling and all things fashion. Her most recent trips include Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam.
