ProfileW. Bruce ClarkBruce practices corporate, commercial and securities law and provides services to a broad range of public, private and charitable corporations, and governmental ministries and organizations. His practice involves the acquisition and disposition of businesses, public and private financing through the issuance of debt and equity, amalgamations, reorganizations, takeover bids, issuer bids, secretarial and governmental compliance services and a variety of commercial arrangements. In addition he provides general counsel to a broad range of clients.
