Tom Kapsales

As a partner in the Real Estate practice group, Tom's practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate including leasing, acquisitions, dispositions and financing.

Tom has worked on behalf of a variety of business interests including, among others, those involved in national retail, office and industrial leasing, condominiums, professional sports, post secondary studies, community housing, municipal government, government agency, mining, non-profit and charity work.

Tom worked on the lease which was awarded the Best Office Lease of 2008 award by NAIOP.
