Tali Eliav_unpublish

Tali Eliav is an associate in the Business Law Group. Her practice focuses on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, as well as general corporate and commercial law.

Prior to joining Cassels Brock as an associate, Tali was a summer and articling student at the firm. During this time, she worked on a wide range of matters and transactions within the Business Law, Securities, and Financial Services practice groups. In doing so, Tali gained experience drafting various commercial agreements and assisting with a variety of transactions for both private and public companies.

Tali obtained a J.D./M.B.A. degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and Schulich School of Business. While in school, Tali was actively involved in student government as an executive on the J.D./M.B.A. Students' Association. Tali was also an instructor of the Law School Admissions Test (LSAT) and volunteered at Law Help Ontario, where she provided low-income individuals with the necessary tools for self-representation in court.
