ProfileSue FeatherstoneSue is a member of the Securities Group as well as the Registration and Compliance Group. She is involved with, among other responsibilities, registration matters for all categories of dealers and advisers, compliance and regulatory issues. Sue’s experience includes assisting clients with securities registration and self-regulatory organization membership issues. She has extensive experience in obtaining registration in the various categories of dealer and adviser under the provincial securities regimes across Canada. Sue has also assisted clients to obtain membership with such self-regulatory organizations as the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada, and the Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada, and membership with stock exchanges in Canada. Sue spent several years as a Compliance and Registration officer within the financial industry. Sue was also Vice-President, Registration and Compliance with a major bank owned investment dealer.
