ProfileSoizic Reynal de St MichelSoizic is an associate in the Construction Law Group, representing owners, contractors and subcontractors in various construction matters. Her experience includes representing the parties in the construction pyramid in construction lien matters, contract and negligence claims, delay claims and breach of trust claims under the Construction Lien Act. Prior to joining Cassels Brock, Soizic articled and practiced at a construction law boutique in Toronto. Prior to attending law school at McGill University, Soizic pursued graduate studies in Modern French Literature in France (Université d’Avignon). She received her Ph.D in 2007 from the University of Western Ontario.
