Sharon Thomson
Sharon is a senior law clerk in the Corporate and Commercial law group. She assists in the preparation of documents for amalgamations, continuances, extra-provincial registrations, dissolutions, wind-ups, revivals, incorporations, amendments, business and partnership registrations, preparation of minutes of meetings, supporting documentation for acquisition and merger transactions and tax-driven transactions, including reorganizations and roll-overs.
Sharon is a graduate of the University of Toronto and is an associate member of The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario (ILCO). She has been a law clerk with the firm since 1986.
