ProfileSandra MaioSandra is an associate in the Securities Group. Prior to joining Cassels Brock as an associate, Sandra was both a summer and articling student with the firm. As an articling student, she gained experience in the Securities, Business Law and Advocacy practice groups. Sandra was involved with various transactions including public offerings, private placements and mergers and acquisitions, as well as various regulatory compliance matters. Sandra has previously worked as summer student at a major Canadian financial institution in a financial analyst position where she helped manage the implementation of four strategic/operational initiatives. During law school, Sandra was on the executive team of one of the largest student organizations at Osgoode and served as conference co-chair for the Canadian International Law Students’ Conference.
