ProfileRoberta McGillRoberta's practice focuses on estate and succession planning, estate administration, will and trust drafting, mental incompetency matters and elder law. She managed the Wills Department of a major trust company for several years and joined Cassels Brock in 1989. Roberta has instructed at the Bar Admission Course of the Law Society of Upper Canada and has spoken to various community and professional groups on the topic of wills, estate planning and planning for mental incompetency, including powers of attorney for property and personal care.
