Christopher B. Norton

Chris Norton is a partner in the Tax Group. His work focuses primarily on public financings and general corporate taxation including mergers and acquisitions/divestitures, reorganizations, and estate planning. He is a contributor to Canadian Partnership Law published by Canada Law Book and a former contributing editor to Tax Administration Reports published by Carswell. He was a member of the CBA/CICA Joint Committee for submissions to the Department of Finance on draft GST Legislation and has been a tax instructor for the Bar Admissions Course of the Law Society of Upper Canada.
