ProfileMichael NoonanMichael is an associate in the Securities Group. His practice focuses on commercial transactions including public offerings, private placements, mergers and acquisitions, and also entails advising public companies on securities regulatory compliance matters. Before joining Cassels Brock as an associate, Michael gained experience in corporate and commercial law while working as both a summer and articling student at the firm. During this time, he assisted on a variety of transactions within the Financial Services, Business Law and Securities Groups. Michael also learned a great deal from his time on secondment to the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) during his articling period, working in the Corporate Finance department.
