ProfileNaida GiuntoliNaida assists the Construction Law and the Commercial Litigation Groups with all aspects of their practice including trial preparation and appeals. She also assists our Personal Injury - Plaintiff lawyers. Naida maintains responsibility for the organization and the computerization of document intensive files common to both the Construction Law Group and the Commercial Litigation Group and is proficient with both Summation and Teraview. She has successfully completed the eDiscovery and Computer Forensics and the Litigation Support Document Management Fellowship Courses (by H&A Forensics and Potter and Farrelly respectively) through the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario (ILCO). Prior to joining Cassels Brock, Naida enjoyed a 20 year career in real estate (residential, commercial, industrial and bulk sales) and approximately 10 years with managing solicitor’s negligence claims. Naida is an ILCO Fellow member, and is a former Board member of ILCO and their Education Committee.
