ProfileMichael PlattMichael is an associate in the Tax & Trusts Group. His practice focuses on domestic and international income tax, commodity tax, trusts, and estate planning. Prior to joining Cassels Brock as an associate, Michael was both a summer and articling student at the firm. During this time, he worked on a number of transactions within the Tax & Trusts, Business Law and Securities practice groups. These experiences provided Michael with a strong corporate background, which he brings to his tax practice. While in law school, Michael was an active member of the student body. In his final semester, he participated in the student exchange program and studied at the University of Stockholm.
