Michael Lungu

Michael (Mickey) is an associate in the Business Law Group. His practice focuses on corporate and commercial law.

Michael was both a summer and articling student at Cassels Brock prior to joining the firm as an associate. During this time he gained experience drafting general corporate and commercial documents and was involved in a broad range of corporate and financing matters, including mergers and acquisitions, asset and share transactions and private equity investments.

While in law school, Michael worked as a caseworker with the Dalhousie Legal Aid Service in the Tenants Rights Project, an initiative developed to assist residential tenants in the Halifax community to better understand their legal rights. He was also actively involved with the Community Outreach Program and the Dalhousie Journal of Legal Studies.
