Maxwell Gotlieb

Max is a partner with a significant practice encompassing mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and international/cross-border matters, among other areas. Max also has a diversified academic background, having been a sessional professor of law in advanced planning at Osgoode Hall Law School for 11 years, instructing at the Admission Course of Law Society of Upper Canada and teaching at Ryerson Polytechnical University. Max is a well-known speaker and writer, (over 200 articles and speeches) and has chaired numerous panels for professional and industry bodies.
