M. Luisa Alfonso

Luisa is an estates law clerk in the Tax & Trusts Group. She has worked in the area of wills and estates for over 15 years.

Luisa has extensive experience in the area of estate administration, including the management of estates and trusts accounts and settlement and distribution of  estate and trust assets. She also has experience in the preparation of wills and powers of attorney,  the preparation of court documents for passing of accounts (both contested and uncontested), and she has worked and assisted counsel in estate litigation matters.

Luisa completed the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario Estates program in 2000.
