Kyle Simpson is a member of the 2012 summer student class at Cassels Brock.
Kyle has completed two years of the J.D. program in the Faculty of Law at Western University. Prior to studying law, he earned a B.A. (Honours) in Political Science with a minor in Criminology from Western University. Throughout his legal studies, Kyle has been actively involved with student legal clinics. He volunteered as a First Year Associate with Community Legal Services and as a Case Manager with the Sport Solution Clinic at Western Law.
During his undergraduate studies, Kyle was published on two occasions in a Western University academic journal, The Social Contract. He also served as an editorial board member for the journal in his final year of studies.
Prior to working at Cassels Brock, Kyle worked during both his summers and throughout the first two years of his legal studies with an armoured truck company in their armed cash-in-transit division. Kyle enjoys playing and watching hockey as much as he can, is a notoriously inconsistent golfer, and enjoys travelling and almost all kinds of music.
Kyle looks forward to gaining experience in a broad range of practice areas throughout the summer including Business Law, Financial Services and Securities.
