ProfileJoanne KatovichJoanne is a tax and not-for-profit law clerk in the Tax & Trusts Group. She assists counsel with tax and corporate reorganizations and with not-for-profit and charitable corporations at both the federal and provincial levels. Joanne completed the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario Corporate Program in 1987 and York University’s Introduction to Business Tax Program in 2003. She has also attended various not-for-profit seminars and industry information sessions. Joanne is a member of the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario and has worked as a law clerk since 1993.
