ProfileJennifer CampbellAs a partner in the Securities Group, Jennifer acts for issuers and registered dealers in a broad range of areas with particular emphasis on the mineral resource and oil and gas sectors. She has been involved in many significant equity and debt financings involving both private and public companies, including numerous private placements and initial public offerings. Jennifer also advises clients with regard to corporate governance compliance, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. Jennifer was seconded to the Ontario Securities Commission (Enforcement Division) in 1999 where she was engaged in the regulation of securities broker dealers.
