Deborah Glatter
Deborah joined the firm as Director of Professional Development and Student Programs in 1999. She brings an extensive background to the firm in teaching and learning relating to lawyers and professionals and in sophisticated ADR training and implementation.
Deborah practiced privately until 1991 when she joined the Law Society of Upper Canada's Department of Education. In that capacity, she designed and presented courses, and trained lawyers to teach in the Bar Admission Course.
Deborah has completed the course requirements for a Diploma in Adult Education from St. Francis Xavier University. She also holds several qualifications in alternative dispute resolution including the Harvard Law School Mediation Certificate and a certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution (Advanced) from the University of Windsor. Deborah was a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada's Dispute Resolution Design Team and Dispute Resolution Subcommittee, and was a Dispute Resolution Officer of the Superior Court.
