Gary Steinhart

Gary has a strong corporate/commercial practice with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, commercial agreements, business reorganizations and financing transactions.

Gary’s experience is wide-ranging and includes representation of a number of health care and pharmaceutical companies, and information technology companies. He is counsel for the Canadian units of several multinational corporations, and has extensive experience in cross-border transactions. He regularly advises clients involved in the sale of medical devices and healthcare products and services, including drafting supply and distribution agreements.
