ProfileMiho FelicioMiho is an associate in the Financial Services Group and a member of the Corporate and Regulatory Insurance Practice Group. Her practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, with an emphasis on corporate and regulatory matters in the insurance industry. Miho’s practice involves mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, formation of insurers, federal and provincial licensing of domestic and foreign insurers and insurance intermediaries, corporate governance, regulatory compliance matters, advising on non-insurance products, partnership and shareholder matters, corporate reorganizations and commercial contract negotiations as well as ongoing corporate matters. Miho was seconded to act as counsel for a major Canadian insurance company where she gained significant experience advising on corporate governance, licensing and other corporate and regulatory matters in the insurance industry. While in law school, Miho participated in an intensive summer workshop at Harvard Law School’s Program on Negotiation.
