Eva Lau

Eva is a Law Clerk in the Business Law Group. She assists in the preparation of documents for incorporation, amalgamation, amendments, continuance, dissolution, extra-provincial registrations, business name and partnership registrations, reorganizations and other corporate proceedings, including due diligence examination.

Eva has successfully completed the Associate level courses offered by The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario (ILCO) in the areas of Corporate Law, Real Estate and Litigation.
