ProfileEni SilvaEni is a junior law clerk in the Securities Group. She began her career at Cassels Brock as a corporate law clerk in May 2008 and has worked as a securities Law Clerk since July 2011. Eni assists lawyers, law students and clients with securities-related matters including public offerings, continuous disclosure, exempt offerings and insider reporting.
