ProfileDeborah MillerAs the Manager of Litigation Support and eDiscovery, Deborah oversees and supports all litigation and technological service requirements for the Advocacy department that involve electronically stored information and eDiscovery. She combines her 22 year career as a Commercial Litigation Law Clerk and her exceptional skills as a project manager with her flair for technology to develop recommendations, project plans, budgets, procedures and specifications for case-specific ediscovery projects or matters involving technology. As a Certified E-Discovery Specialist with ACEDS, the Association of eDiscovery Specialists, she provides strategic advice to counsel on ediscovery matters and consulting services to case teams and clients regarding the delivery of litigation support services and best practices for ediscovery case management that are defensible and cost-effective. Deborah is certified in a number of industry leading applications in respect of ediscovery and litigation support software. She is also a speaker, author and committee member for ILCO’s Continuing Legal Education Committee on topics involving litigation, project management and e-discovery and a founding member of Technology & eDiscovery Canada.
