ProfileDeborah J. HolmesDeborah is a senior Estates and Trusts Law Clerk. She has worked in the areas of Estates and Trusts, and Estate Planning for more than 20 years. Deborah has extensive experience in the area of estate and trust administration, including the management of estates, preparation of accounts for passing, and the distribution of estate and trust assets. In addition, she has a strong background in the area of estate planning, including the drafting of Wills, Powers of Attorney, and trust documents. Deborah completed the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario Estate program in 1990. She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario, and regularly attends the law clerk CLE programs through the Institute in order to continuously build and expand on her knowledge and skills.
