Carla PotterCarla Potter is a 2012-2013 articling student at Cassels Brock. She joined the firm as a summer student in 2011. Carla looks forward to gaining experience in the Securities, Business, Tax and Advocacy groups during her articles. Carla completed her J.D. degree from Queen’s University. She previously obtained an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting. At Queen’s Carla received the David Sabbath course prize in Trusts. In addition, Carla was involved in the moot court program, acted as a research assistant and mentored students as both an international and upper year buddy. In winter 2012, Carla spent a term studying abroad at the University of West Indies in Barbados. Prior to joining Cassels Brock, Carla obtained her Chartered Accountant designation while working at KPMG and BDO Dunwoody, gaining experience in both the assurance and business advisory departments. In addition, Carla has also completed the Canadian Securities Course. |
