Andrew Gallo

Andrew is an associate in the Business Law Group. His practice focuses on corporate and commercial law.

Andrew represents a broad range of corporate clients in a variety of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, asset and share transactions and corporate restructurings.

Andrew obtained a JD/MBA degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and Schulich School of Business, where he served as Co-President of the JD/MBA Students’ Association in his final year.

Prior to joining Cassels Brock as an associate, Andrew was both a summer and articling student at the firm.
