ProfileAndrea RigobonAndrea is an associate in the Securities Group. Prior to joining Cassels Brock as an associate, Andrea was both a summer and articling student at the firm. During this time, she assisted on a variety of transactions within the Financial Services, Business Law and Securities Groups. Within the Securities Group, Andrea was involved in a number of transactions including public offerings, private placements of debt and equity securities, and mergers and acquisitions as well as various regulatory compliance matters. Prior to joining Cassels Brock, Andrea worked for a boutique full-service law firm where she gained considerable experience in real estate and corporate and commercial law while working on files for a large financial services provider.
