Aamir Chherawla is a member of the 2018 summer student class at Cassels Brock.
Aamir is a J.D/M.B.A candidate at the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law and the Joseph L. Rotman School of Management. At the law school, he was a volunteer for Pro Bono Students Canada and an active student mentor for the incoming classes of 2019 and 2020. At business school, he was placed on the Dean’s List during his first year and made it to the final round of the McKinsey Case Competition for Lifeline Syria. Prior to joining Cassels Brock, Aamir spent a summer doing legal research and accounting work for 123 Dentist.
Aamir graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Arts (with distinction) in Criminology from Simon Fraser University where he was also placed on the President’s Honour Roll. During the last year of his degree, he successfully defended his thesis on University Students’ Perceptions of Vancouver’s Supervised Injection Site. Prior to attending law school, Aamir completed his LLQP and worked as an Insurance Agent for American Income Life.
Aamir spends his free time playing board games and exploring the world through travelling.
