The e-LERT, authored by Deborah Grieve, highlighted the amendments to the Personal Property Security Act (Ontario) which came into force when Bill 68 was passed on October 25, 2010. The amendments fixed certain provisions which were repealed prematurely when the PPSA (Ont.) was amended on August 1, 2007. |
