User Generated Content and the Law

Often legal research exposes overlaps in law. One area where the overlap is very obvious is with user generated content. Examples of this can be found in Len Glickman and Jessica Fingerhut's recent article, User Generated Content: Recent Developments in Canada and the US, which explores the different laws potentially affected by user generated content. Blogger Karen Sawatzky discusses legal overlap, user generated content and the evolving relationship between technology and law in her blog post User Generated Content and the Law.
