Published: 12/12/2011

On December 6-7, 2011, the Supreme Court of Canada heard five critically important copyright appeals. Articling students Stephen Hutchison and Tali Eliav observed the arguments first-hand and have co-authored an account of the proceedings that were argued, in part, by Casey Chisick and Timothy Pinos.

Their article was published by Osgoode Hall Law School's Intellectual Property Law & Technology Program, and can be found here.
