St. Catharines' The Standard Mentions Cassels Brock's Defense of Smoking By-Law (contact Stan Makuch or Signe Leisk)
The September 15, 2004 edition of The Standard, a daily newspaper published in St. Catharines, featured an article about a recent challenge to the Region of Niagara’s smoking by-law. Cassels Brock, who represented the region, was successful in having the by-law upheld.
