In The NewsRibbon Cut on Cassels Brock Classroom at Queen'sPublished: 03/30/2011 Jim Parks and Mark Young gathered with members and guests of the Queen’s Law community on March 16 to mark the official dedication of the Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP Classroom. The new high-tech room recognizes the $200,000 leadership gift made by Cassels Brock to the school’s recently completed $1.3-million Classroom Renewal Project. The Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP Classroom features a videoconference facility and state-of-the-art educational technology, with contemporary furnishings. “This room will be available for all our classes so we can bring in people from all over the world to participate in our law program. None of that would have been possible without this leadership gift from Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP,” stated Dean Bill Flanagan.
