Lorne observed that for many medium-sized companies, transfer pricing compliance is as big an issue as tax dollars. Later in the article, in a discussion about transfer-pricing jurisprudence, he said that the principles in GlaxoSmithKline v. R. and General Electric Capital Canada v.
