He noted that lawyers are recognizing that there must be a better way to organize matters to address clients' need for more certainty and input in how their legal services are delivered. John acknowledges that a key challenge is getting lawyers to accept project management. He said that Cassels Brock is addressing this obstacle by working with an external consultant to create pilot projects with lawyers who are receptive to project management and recognize that it could be a valuable tool. John Gillies is the Director of Practice Support at Cassels Brock. In this role, he collaborates with all firm members with a view to enhancing the culture of knowledge sharing through building appropriate organizational and technical structures to support the capture and dissemination of knowledge.
