Jeff Roy was featured in "Managing Transactional Risk Roundtable" which appeared in the April 2010 issue of Financier Worldwide. He was a member of a roundtable assembled to discuss effective transactional risk management.

Overview:
M&A is a risky process, and savvy buyers need to establish an effective risk management framework encompassing everything from target identification right through to completion and post-deal integration. In 2010, as the markets slowly recover, more time and effort will be spent on evaluating the viability of transactions.
