James Ayres Quoted in the Welland Tribune While Acting for Nyon Oil
On November 19, 2009, James Ayres was quoted in "Lawyer questions whether OMB has jurisdiction," an article which appeared in the Welland Tribune, regarding a preliminary hearing before the Ontario Municipal Board. James represented Nyon Oil in the OMB hearing. His client is requesting the right to appeal the City of Port Colbourne's withdrawl of a zoning change application made on behalf of Nyon Oil.
James is a partner in the Municipal, Planning & Environmental Group.
