Glenn Zakaib Appointed Vice-Chair of the Defense Research Institute's International SLG

Glenn Zakaib has been appointed Vice-Chair of the International Specialized Litigation Group (SLG) of the Products Liability Commitee of the Defense Research Institute (DRI). The Products Liability Committee is one of the largest and most active committees within the DRI.
 
As Vice-Chair, Glenn is responsible for promoting the activities of the International sub-committee. He will also be securing and promoting speakers for the DRI's 2011 Product Liability Conference and promoting the International SLG's breakout session at the conference.

Glenn is a partner in the Advocacy Group and the Product Liability Group at Cassels Brock. The main focus of his practice is on product liability (e.g., drug and medical devices, automotive and aviation products, and electrical equipment and home appliances), as well as class proceedings (e.g., product liability, life insurance and misrepresentation claims and Competition Act claims).
